Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- No stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping (Important)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

We do not offer free returns for sizing issues. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel
- Final sale items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must still meet our return condition requirements.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Banks may take additional time to post funds
